LIQUIDATION SALE: A liquidation sale is usually conducted when a family member moves to a retirement community, nursing home, goes through a divorce or relocates to a new area. A professionally managed sale ensures that valuable items are not thrown out or sold below its market value.

When SOS comes to your home for a complimentary in-home consultation, we assess your property and calculate how much time and labor will be needed to get ready and conduct the sale. You will receive a proposal showing the fee schedule and the time needed to complete the sale. An SOS representative will explain all aspects of what will need to be done from start to finish of the sale. You will not have to do a thing as we will provide all the material and labor.
